Sexual assault becomes common in every country of the World.
According the survey every, one out of ten cases are of the rape in the World. According
another report, (published in website) of top ten countries with highest rape
crime. In that report United State of America is on top of the list. India
is on second number. So its very important to stop this crime and protect
women, but some cases law forcing agencies become landless because many cases
does not register at law forcing agencies
The Time Magazine (American weekly magazine – New York City ) published
